Policy Reminders CANCELLATION Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time at no penalty. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of service will be subject to a 25% charge based on the scheduled service price. NO CALL/NO SHOW If an appointment is not cancelled within policy, and you do not show up for your service you will be required to pay 50% of the schedule service price.
